Ecommerce

Grow the store without buying every sale on discount.

You want to grow profitably, not just chase traffic and discount to hit the number. I'll take it off your plate.

From $1,250/month ads management, plus ad spend, excl. GST

Every project starts with a fixed quote, agreed before any work begins. No long contracts, no lock-in.

The problemSales are coming. Profit, less so.
What I hear

Orders tick along, but the bank balance doesn't reflect the effort. Ad costs creep up and discounts do the heavy lifting.

The gains are usually hiding in numbers you already have: conversion, repeat purchase, email.

An honest filter

Is this a good fit?

You're a great fit if…

  • You're doing real revenue but margin feels off
  • Your store, ads and email are run by different people who don't talk
  • You want one operator owning the maths
  • You're ready to cut what isn't working

Probably not a fit if…

  • You're pre-launch and still validating demand
  • You want a single tactical fix (just ads, just email)
  • You're not open to platform or process changes
Who does the work

One senior person, start to finish

I shape the strategy, build it and run it myself. Regular reporting and catch-ups, so you're never in the dark.

Common questions
Do you only work on Shopify?

Mostly. I work on WooCommerce when there's a strong reason, but Shopify is where I see the cleanest economics for most brands.

Can you take over from an existing agency?

Yes. Handovers are common. I audit what's there, keep what works, and rebuild what doesn't.

How quickly will we see margin improve?

Quick wins (negative keywords, abandoned-cart flows, broken tracking) usually show in weeks. Bigger structural changes compound over months.

Which ad channels do you run?

Google Ads (including Shopping and Performance Max), Meta Ads and email, depending on where your customers buy.

How do you measure success?

By profit, not clicks: return on ad spend and margin, with tracking set up so the numbers in the ad platforms match your store.

Are there long contracts?

No. Ongoing work runs month to month.

Who it's for

Built for these industries.

Want the maths to actually add up? Let's talk.

Thirty minutes, no pitch. Tell me about your store and I'll tell you where I'd look first.
